Breens Monthly: December 2025

Another month has absolutely flown by as 2025 comes to a close. Whilst generally considered a quieter month across the board, that has not been the case here at Breens, with both branches delivering some fantastic results for our clients prior to the festive break whilst also setting the foundation for 2026. We’re really excited to share what is coming next, but for now let’s dive into what we’ve been up to…


This Month In The Business

We kickstarted the month with a bit of festive fun, as both our Enfield and Highams Park offices were transformed into winter wonderlands courtesy of some DIY and amazing artwork by Joanna (@joannamariart on Instagram).


In Highams Park, we were also delighted to be able to support the annual Christmas Fayre – a great family day out which offered a range of entertainment, food & drink, as well as a superb range of local businesses all sharing their works and products. This brilliant day was made possible thanks to the work of the superb Highams Park Planning Group who we are proud to work closely with on a variety of community initiatives.


Back in the offices, we saw a flurry of activity with plenty of sales and new lets being agreed, as well as the final push to get exchanges and completion over the line before solicitors closed up shop. A real highlight of 2025 has been all of the wonderful clients that we have helped to start their next chapter, whether that’s a first-time buyer or a vendor moving on to pastures new and looking for guidance selling.


To close off this slightly shorter month, our team took a trip down to the costal town of Whitstable for a day of Christmas celebrations. It was a fantastic day, enjoyed by all. On our final day in the office, Secret Santa gifts were exchanged, before our team headed home to enjoy a well-deserved break with family and friends.

Closing Remarks

As we look back on what has been an extremely eventful year, I would like to personally thank the hundreds of vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants that have entrusted us with their property journeys. The feedback on our new branding and marketing has been extremely enthusing, and our commitment remains the same to continue raising the standards for all those moving across North & East London, and West Essex.

Looking forward to 2026, we are enthused at what the sales market holds with the very recent interest rate cuts, and our team already have a number of launches lined up for early January. Our Lettings and Property Management teams are also working diligently to prepare for the incoming Renters Rights Bill, and will be sharing some more news in the coming weeks and months.
