Sophie leads the lettings operation across the group. She manages the full lettings process for landlords and tenants — appraisals, marketing, referencing, tenancy paperwork and renewals — and is the day-to-day point of contact through the life of every tenancy. Sophie is also on hand to provide support to the remainder of the team.
